Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied. Here's how our refund process works.

Refund Scenarios

Cancellation Before Cutoff

100% Refund

If you cancel your order before the cutoff time (10 PM previous night for lunch, 3 PM same day for dinner), you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation After Cutoff

No Refund

Orders cancelled after the cutoff time have already entered preparation and are not eligible for refund, as ingredients have been allocated.

Quality Issues

100% Refund or Replacement

If you receive food that does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos. We will issue a full refund or replacement.

Missing / Wrong Items

Full or Partial Refund

If items are missing or incorrect in your order, contact us immediately. We will refund the affected items or redeliver the correct order.

Delivery Address Not Reachable

No Refund

If delivery fails because the address provided is incorrect or the customer is unreachable after multiple attempts, no refund will be issued.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method (UPI). You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.

Subscription Refunds

For weekly and monthly subscriptions, cancellation before the renewal date will stop future charges. For active subscription periods, remaining meals may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at the admin's discretion. Paused days during a subscription are not charged.

How to Request a Refund

You can cancel your order and request a refund directly from the My Orders page. For quality issues or disputes, please contact our support team at support@agarwalkitchen.com with your order ID and a description of the issue.

Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter by emailing us. We aim to resolve all disputes within 7 business days. Our decision on refund disputes is final and binding.

Non-Refundable Items

Trial meal orders are non-refundable once delivered. Custom or special requests that have been prepared cannot be refunded. Delivery charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
